Terms and Conditions

Whilst I take great care in accurately describing each item of jewellery, please remember that all my pieces are handmade and I use natural materials so colours can vary slightly from piece to piece. Every single one is unique.

Please make sure that you follow the aftercare instructions and protect your jewellery from contact with general chemicals, such as hair spray, perfume, deodorant etc as these may harm the finish of semi-precious stones and pearls, silver, niobium, copper, bronze and the other materials I use.

Dispatch and Delivery

I will do my best to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment clearance, however if it is a made to order item, I will confirm approximate dispatch at the time of order. I will contact you once your item is in the post. All purchases will be sent either First Class Recorded or Special Delivery if over £25.00 in the United Kingdom. Free Delivery on mainland UK orders over £100. For other parts of the world please select from the postage and insurance options available. Insurance is optional but I am not liable if insurance is not selected. I reserve the right to change the shipping rates without warning.

Please be aware that any customs charges, import duties and any taxes your responsibility as the purchaser because I comply with any relevant British legislation.

Each purchase will be individually wrapped or boxed and a gift wrapping service is available.

All my jewellery is handmade so items may differ slightly from the pictures BUT you will receive a special and unique piece of jewellery every time.

Returns

Whilst I hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchase, there is occasional fault that happens. Unlikely as I hope it will be, if you are unhappy with any of my products or service, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to sort it out to our mutual satisfaction.
Please inform The Dragon’s Hoard if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your goods. I will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, dependent on circumstances. Return postage and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Health and Safety’s Hygiene laws, I cannot offer a refund on earrings.

Any details of your orders or personal details are private and will not be revealed unless I are obliged to by law. I do not hold credit card numbers on file unless requested to do so.
